This episode of your favorite rapper's favorite podcast starts with some very sad news. We're sorry to learn that Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash along with 8 other people, his daughter Gianna included. While I may not have been a fan of Kobe as a Laker, I respected his work ethic and leadership on the court. You never expect to hear about tragedy like this, and in just a day since this happened we've seen the outpouring of love for one of the greatest to play the game. Sad news indeed. And after a moment of silence, we move to some other news such as: Antonio Brown being arrested for throwing rocks at a moving truck?? Yep. And YG was also arrested after a search warrant was issued for his property, something fishy about his bulletproof Cadillac Escalade being a vehicle of interest in a recent crime. More on that later, I'm sure. Meek Mill got into a yelling match with Nicki Minaj's new dude, but then he had to head out and make it to the Roc Nation Brunch where the collective net worth was in the Tens Of Billions Of Dollars. So I mean really, who has time to argue with busters?? Oh and also as we were recording live, the Grammy Awards were happening so next week's episode will have our rundown of the big winners. Spoiler Alert: one of my favorite new artists Billie Eilish AKA William Eyelash scooped up 5 gold statues for her debut album.
